How to import a large number of product properties in 1s Bitrix?

There is a product file and it contains a very large number of characteristics (approximately 200).
Tell me how they can be imported without adding them to the "Product Properties" in Bitrix.
If this is not possible, then tell me how to add a large number of properties to the "Product Properties".
Perhaps there is some kind of import from excel?

200 a lot?) Are you serious? I remember loading 100,000 properties and nothing.
Loaded from CSV, it's almost excel, but more of a text view.
Only in "Product properties", i.e. properties of infoblock elements
