How to implement your protocol on 1-wire?

Good day, Khabrozhiteli. There was a question about the possibility of synchronizing clocks scattered across several buildings of the institution. At the moment, there are already clocks and a laid highway from 1 pair. The watch is old, still Soviet. They want to change them for new ones, according to the principle of a running line. That is, they will have some kind of microcontroller that will control the LEDs and count the time. I thought to make a server for clock synchronization on rasberry pi. Tell me, which MK is better to choose for implementing clocks with 1-wire support and, in fact, where can I dig to make rasberry pi friends with these microcontrollers?
Thank you.

I'm not an expert, so I do it in my spare time. I will express my IMHO, if it is still relevant.
First you need to clarify the quality of the line. To implement 1-wire, you can take almost any MK into which the code for processing + clock code will fit.
As far as Raspberry friendship goes, you need to implement a single protocol. If it's 1-wire, then it might be worth looking at a 1-wire master with an i2c interface.
PS Perhaps you should think about galvanic isolation from 1-wire
