What needs to be soldered / soldered here that it worked?

Hi friends.

There are two bluetooth mice.
One is broken - but there is a bluetooth connector.
Another whole - but there is no bluetooth connector.

What is needed / can be soldered and soldered to another mouse so that it starts to "see" the connector and can be used?

Let's start with the fact that these are not bluetooth mice, but simple ones with a radio link. For bluetooth mice, a dongle is usually not supplied in the kit, since the calculation is based on the fact that the computer already has a built-in bluetooth. Almost all laptops have it.
If the mice are different, then most likely you will not be able to solder anything. At the very least, you should take a detailed picture of the donor mouse and the recipient mouse, their boards from all sides, the inside of the dongle.
If the mice are the same, then you can permanently insert a board from a broken one into a live one. If the buttons are damaged, solder them.

This will not work for you with a probability of almost 100%, even if you solder that small chip from the top left (by the way, where to solder it? Nothing similar is observed in the other photo). The fact is that how many mice, so many options for their designs, and no internal standards have been developed for this (well, maybe there is some kind of intra-company standardization for mice from one manufacturer). You (and me too) do not know what protocol is used to exchange data between the optical sensor controller and the BT transceiver. If these protocols do not match in the donor and recipient, nothing will come of it. And they almost certainly don't match.
So don't even try, it's not your level. Especially considering that mice are consumables, and it's always easier to buy a new one than to remake an old one.

It doesn't work like that.
You can safely throw both away.
