How to implement Windows Server 2019 scanning for users in a domain?

A network MFP was purchased for one of the departments. Through group policy, the MFP as a printer is easily deployed to all users of the department, but there is a problem with the scanner, so far I don’t know how to share it so that I don’t have to manually install drivers with the program. Please advise how to solve this problem?

Set the MFP to scan to a network share. DMS was removed in 2019, and he is dear to it.
Well, or a collective farm from the installation scripts and driver settings.

And could you clarify why this cannot be done in the same way through group policy + PowerShell script / WMI / vbs / what_is_closer to you?
