How to start the Active Directory Certificate Service?

When configuring the Active Directory Certificate Service, I had the imprudence to change the key length down, made it 512 bits (SHA-1). As I understood from the manual for this service, the minimum key length for the normal launch of the Active Directory Certificate Service must be at least 2048 bits.
Where can I change this value to start the service?
