How to implement watermark for video in wordpress?

Who can tell me how it is possible to implement a watermark for a video on wordpress? So that when uploading and processing video, a watermark is added to the video. I found only a plugin, but it just adds a watermark to the player on top. You can not necessarily have a plugin, you can somehow implement it through functions, I searched the net, I did not find a solution.
