How to implement video streaming from an android application?

There is an rtmp media server, it receives a video stream and distributes it to clients. The task is to implement the broadcasting of a video stream from a mobile application. Does it make sense to use ionicframework for this? Is it possible to do this with some kind of cordova plugin? I would really appreciate any advice! Recently joined the development of mobile applications.
