How to implement update C# application using homegroup?

I wrote an application in C # in Visual Studio 2010 for home use, I want to make it so that it is updated from another computer in the home group, without uploading it to the Internet. OS on the first computer (from which the application will take files for updating): Windows 8.1 Enterprise x86, on the second computer (on which the application is): Windows 7 Home Premium x64. Tell me how this can be done and is it possible at all? Strongly do not swear, I'm a beginner.

in the publication settings there is an update section, if you set up auto-update it will work out of the box
