How to implement this landing page?

There is an order, you need to do it, even if you go out of your way.
Landing, it should have a list of products, the customer should be able to edit and add them. There is a shopping cart and a form with customer data. The list of products that the buyer added to the cart and the data form should be sent to the mail. Through what to implement it and how (Maybe wp or opencart, or make up and issue through php)? What information can help me? In general, we need the easiest and most acceptable way of all presented.
Please do not write, do not take this order, etc. I absolutely need to do it.
I hope for your help :)

This is a normal online store. Take any script with sharpening for an online store, such as OpenCart.

The most standard landing.
php+js.
There are a lot of similar ones on the Internet, and you do it in their likeness.
The first time it will be difficult, then you'll get used to it))
Edit and add, but it's a little bit more difficult. But also doable. Also on php + js or put some kind of wp and pull the layout on it. And you finish the functionality manually.
Or just looking for ready-made solutions on the Internet!

I would do it on Modx+Minishop2. Of course, it won’t work quickly, but the output is clean code and almost any HTML template is integrated.
