How to implement the project, analogous to ADVCASH, PAYEER, etc.?

Hello! The task is to make a service similar to ADVCASH, PAYEER, etc.
At the moment, we are leaning towards the Erlang implementation. To a greater extent, the choice of Erlang is due to the arguments of the RBK.money team. The choice of Erlang is not final and will depend on discussion with the candidates for the project.
I'd love to hear different answers/comments/suggestions from professionals.
After the final approval on what to implement the project, a vacancy will be posted.
I understand that there will be questions about salary, so far something like this:
Remote work is not considered.
Salary 150k.rub. + payment for housing (if moving).

Thanks in advance for your answers, comments, suggestions.

Technology should be chosen by techies.
Take a paid consultation with experienced people from the right field.
Googling for "programming language for fintech" says that python, C++ and java are more popular than others.

Greetings!
MVP can be done quickly, cheaply and efficiently (not highload) in Python3 and check the idea, if it takes off, you can already optimize performance, prepare for high loads and, if necessary, do some microservices, for example, in Rust or Golang - they are super. Erlang is too exotic, I think)
I have been in commercial development for more than 10 years, fintech has always been interesting,
let's talk about the project in telegram? my TG: igor_korsakov
