How to implement the download of .pdf files in the "News" component?

People! I have the following task:
1) "Documents is a multiple property of the "file" type, only pdf documents are loaded."
As I understand it, I need to create a new element property? Now there is no such thing
2) "Display the original name of the file, by clicking on the name - the file should be downloaded."
How to make it clickable to download?
My questions may seem trivial, but I'm new to Bitrix, now I'm sorting it out... Please help

What exactly is not clear? Make a new property, file type, plural. And on the output - make a simple link to the file with the name in it .
