How to implement synchronization of Habr's favorites with pocket?

Good afternoon. I use the Pocket
app for offline reading on iPhone. Basically, my reading is posts from habr. Scrolling through the habr at work, I add posts from the tape to my favorites and, when I have free time, I throw them into the application with pens. The question is the following: I would like to somehow automate the process of adding to pocket and after reading it there (when the article goes to the archive) delete the post from favorites. Interested in a ready-made solution or ideas on how to implement it with minimal effort.
