Good afternoon. Tell me how to implement similar arrows between blocks so that it turns out adaptively? Can you advise which direction to look for, where to look? I don't have a lot of layout experience, I have about a dozen projects, but now the project needs something similar.

I am answering my own question. normal absolute positioning. and why it didn’t work right away - the sass file with the styles of the container with all media queries accidentally flew out of the task manager, and with every movement everything moved apart. I returned the breakpoints to their place, everything is ok. Thank you for your responsiveness, especially Vladislav.
