How to implement static routing in Windows Server 2003?

Task:
"Configuring static routing for IP v4 in
Windows Server or Linux software routers of your choice. When solving the problem, the
client-router-router-client scheme is used. It is required to select network addresses
according to the specified requirements (number of hosts on the network), configure
client network interfaces and routers, configure router tables.
Work is performed in the virtualization environment of Oracle Virtual Box 4 on Windows
2003 or Linux Centos 6.7."

Let's start with the fact that there will be three networks:
On clients, we specify the address of our router as the gateway address, we do not specify it on routers, but we prescribe static routing.

Judging by the questions and the fact that everything is written very badly. For starters, it’s worth understanding the elementary things: the OSI model, IP addressing, the TCP / IP stack. Spend a couple of days learning the basics if you're going to solve network problems.
PS From the fact that they write routes towards networks, understanding will not come
