Uh, register a virtual number and display incoming messages? What's so difficult? There are a lot of such services now, the number is not free of course. Hardly ready. Register a number on the service that you like more, and use the api service to send incoming messages to your site.

Divide the task into two parts. Regular chat ( Example 1 , Example 2 ) and receiving SMS through any of the services.
