You cannot remove the announcement and detailed text from search.page, because he searches in the search base, and not in the fields of the infoblock.
However, you can develop your own component that will only search by name.
True, there will be difficulties with morphology, but that's another story.

This is a page with a "Catalog.Search" component, within which "Search.Page" is included as standard. If it is possible to solve the problem with another component, I think there will be no problems with its connection.

I suggest replacing search.page with search.title - it just searches only by titles, but a little customization is probably required.
