The question arose of organizing a replenishment of the mobile balance from bank cards on the site. I can't find information on this issue. Briefly the essence: in the mobile version of the site there should be a page with a field for the number, amount and operator. There may be fields for entering card data. The user enters the required information, and the account is replenished.
I guess that in order to ensure the input of card data on your own site, you need to go through a big quest and spend a lot of money on certification, equipment and software (or maybe you don’t need to store PD if you don’t?). Therefore, options with a redirect to the payment system will be appropriate, the only desire is to have a somewhat convenient mobile interface. But then there is the question of interest.
Further, my conclusions forced me to close my eyes to payment systems (we will find some), but what to do next? How to transfer money to the phone account? Let's say I still settled on the X payment system, I invoice for N rubles, and then there are no ideas, even about what to enter the Google search string.

To accept card data on your own site, you need to pass pci dss certification.
It's expensive and takes a lot of time.
Therefore, everyone either redirects to the payment aggregator website or inserts an iframe from it.
Many aggregators, if you have money / volumes, begin to behave very loyally up to the assembly of a payment page for you branded with your firm style and logo.
As for crediting money to a mobile phone account, this is essentially a payment from a visitor, but not in your favor (as with a regular payment), but in favor of a third party (opsos). Since you obviously don't have any pacts with the opsos, the validity of this is questionable.
Further (I am not a lawyer, let the lawyers correct me, I can be wrong here, I am writing as I understand it myself), taking into account 103FZ and 161FZ, in order to do this, you must be either a bank, or a partner of a bank, or an NPO)

You can contact payment systems/banks and talk to them about this functionality.
That is, the funds will be IMMEDIATELY credited to the account of the opsos, bypassing you.
To begin with, I would go to those aggregators that have this functionality on the site.
