How to implement primitive animation in html?
What is the best way to implement primitive animation, like rotation, scale and layer merging, translucency, etc.
I understand that the basis is js, but I would like a modern tool. I would do it like a short and repetitive video in After Effects, but the elements should be clickable ... Although you can make several small videos with an alpha channel on the background of the body.
I remember adobe released some kind of tool like a project converter from their programs to html + css & js
In general, what would you advise for a js hater?
