How to implement polls in chatbots with amoCRM integration, including WhatsApp?
Good afternoon colleagues. A client came with such a task: he wants that when a client first appears in telegram, vatsap or viber (by writing a message or simply by going to the channel) - a small automatic questionnaire is turned on for him. With questions, answer options or free input, forks, a word filter (such as yes / I want / let's - this is the same option) and the result of "communication" with the bot was sent to amoCRM. Accordingly, then managers can read this dialogue and respond either by a call or by a manual message.
In general, amo already has such a thing as "salesbot" on an extended tariff, which all this seems to be able to do. But only there is no integration with WhatsApp. And it seems that I even found a couple of services on the network that promise to be a solution, but one has no bot settings, the other needs to beg through technical support for some kind of extended account mode in order to test the work, in general, I was already tormented. Already I think maybe I'm looking for something wrong? If anyone else has experienced something similar, how did you resolve it? Any third-party service through which everything turned out? Did you separately make a custom bot for whatsapp on your server? Own development or something from open source? Share cases please, I will be very grateful.

I had about the same task with one travel company, I had to accept applications from customers and redirect them further depending on the answers. Clients had their own CRM, but without a bot and without WhatsApp integration.
What I've done. I found WhatsApp API Gateway - https://chat-api.com/ru/docs.html - with a tolerable price tag, found my bot constructor from them and uploaded the library generator via the SDK. It turned out to connect the WhatsApp CRM and set up the bot through their constructor. I didn’t specifically set up the bot, I just taught the guys in the company to work with the designer.
