How to implement page caching - W3 Total Cache + Cloudflare (SSL)?

Friends, I google google and I can’t figure out if it’s possible to cache SSL pages? In w3 total cache settings there is a checkbox "Cache SSL (https) requests
Cache SSL requests (uniquely) for improved performance." , but I did not feel the result. I turn on this type of caching and the page crashes.
