The bottom line: there is a main site in Russian, in the subdirectory (ua) there is a copy of the system and you need to make sure that the rating data, views and comments (regular) are duplicated.

At the moment the database is different.

I solved the issue on my own and with comments from the creator of this cms on github.
1 Mysqli database is used, through custom meta fields I added everything I need, in the shaba files on both copies of the cms I registered the display of the necessary meta data.
