How to implement multilingualism correctly?

I use React and Laravel in my project.
How to correctly implement multilingualism? As on the side of Laravel, it is written in the documentation. But how to do the same with React, Laravel and MySQL?
Interested in exactly how to do it correctly?

I have it implemented using i18-next, the language is stored in local storage, the lines are transferred using translate from this lib. Maybe look in her direction
