Task : managing incidents in an online store. Manager girls should be able to start tasks, add screenshots and the necessary tags. Tasks will be handled by a remote programmer.
Solution : Install a simple incident tracking system. Previously, they used code.google.com (Issue section) - everything was clear to everyone. It was especially pleasing that it was possible to create all the tags "on the fly" by simply specifying them as text (device type, priority, urgency = any additional fields). But since last year, everything has moved to Git, the interface has changed.
Recommend something similar.
