How to implement html filling from form using jquery or pure js?

There is a task. The user opens a page with a form: Name, number, year. Presses the fill button. A separate page with html markup flies out where data from the completed form (template) is inserted. After the page has loaded, the "Print" button appears. The user prints the completed template.
Tell me if there are similar solutions and how best to implement this (without php).
