How to implement hotkey regex in Jetbrains IDE?

phpstorm. There is a need to apply the same regexp in the open document.
I tried to record macros by assigning hoteKey to it, but somehow something always doesn’t work like that:
1) the replacement line must be closed, otherwise the search for the project opens and an error occurs.
2) often "Keystroke: TAB" does not carry over to the next line, and it turns out to be replaced with something, appended to what needs to be replaced.
3) does not perceive 2 languages, which layout is in that one and prints, but I need it to be [a-z].
4) There is no way to edit macros normally, and insert values.
What options are available to implement the plan?
