How to save matching rows by name from column N to a separate file?

Hello. There is a sheet in Excel there are many thousands of rows, in column C there is a file name. You need to save all the lines in one file that contain the same name from column C, by this name into a new .xlsx file.
Example:
1234|text1|IvanII|text2|text3
In this case IvanovII is the name of the future file.

You can stupidly loop and fix rows with the same value in the corresponding column. At the output we will have pairs "file name" - "lines from x to y ".
Then save accordingly.
You can use autofilters. There are other options, I guess.
