How to implement GPS tracker for iPhone?

Hello!
We need such a thing: there is a list of coordinates, and a certain radius from each of them. It is necessary that when the user enters them, my code is executed (for example, a push gets out). This should always work, not just when the app is open. An error of a couple of hundred meters is acceptable.
It was possible to implement this on android, it's up to iOS. We are trying to do it according to the principle: in the background there should be a type of service that, for example, checks by coordinates every few minutes, the problem is that the application in the background dies after 10 minutes.
What are the options for solving this problem?
Thank you!

. iOS provides services for detecting entry to regions. You add places of interest to you and iOS will wake up the application when the user enters.
