How to implement equal padding between buttons in UI?

It is necessary to implement the same indent between the buttons in the text, that is, the intertext indent to be the same.
I tried to calculate by the number of button characters, but it didn’t work out without crutches in Anchor and Offset.

I need some kind of special formula, maybe someone has a solution?
