How to implement dynamic audit in oracle?

Good afternoon, there is an application user, respectively, it generates millions of lines of different entries in the audit log, so it is not possible to enable audit for this user.
I would like to activate the audit if os_user !='oracle', is it possible to do this, for example, in FGA?
