How to implement different scale on two monitors?

I use a mobile workstation and a monitor connected to it.
Resolution on the station 2880*1820, on the monitor 1920*1080.
It is convenient to use the standard settings of Windows 8.1 at the station, i. when the interface size is 200%, everything seems large on the monitor, and for it the comfortable size is 100-125%. Actually the question is, what needs to be done so that when using both displays at the same time, one has 200%, and the other has 100-125%?
While I'm using a desktop extension.
Create different profiles does not work.

Probably still 2880*1800.
As an option, use the original OS that comes with the mobile station, it already solves many problems of this scaling (Few laptops have a 16:10 ratio with this resolution).
You can reduce the scale from 200% to 100%, at the same time reducing the resolution on the laptop.
You can wait for windows 10, where it will be possible. By the way, Ubuntu can do this, and probably any Linux distribution.
