How to implement data exchange between store and point of sale?

So, colleagues, hello!
There is an offline point of sale of alcohol.
There is a task to start this business in yntyrnetah. BUT!
Because alcohol cannot be sold online (i.e. accept payment) we will reserve.
Those. it looks like this: A person selects a product on the site, puts it neatly in the basket, after which he comes to the point, calls either his number in the system or the order number, the cashier fixes the sale, makes the payment.
In order to minimize the errors of the cashier, it is necessary to minimize the actions - I entered the order number / client id, if necessary, edited the positions in the order and brought it to the payment terminal for payment not manually, but with a button on the computer. To make everything look beautiful. And there is already an online cash desk, 54FZ, EGAIS and harlots with blackjack dancing around all this :)
I would not use systems like 1c or "my warehouse" with great pleasure, but I feel that there is no other way. At least, I have not heard that data is sent from the browser to the payment terminal. Moreover, MOISKLAD does not provide two-way exchange at the required level - it sends only balances to IM.
Because If you need to use a service like 1c, then you probably need a full-fledged two-way exchange. Because the client will earn bonuses from purchases. And the goods they bought are displayed. And if he refuses one or two positions at the checkout already? Or vice versa, so that the buyer can call his number without pre-ordering and get a discount on the purchase.
Do not offer Bitrix :)
So, tell me, as a person who avoids 1C:

  • how real it is
  • which version is better to use (I tend to 1c Retail - it is easier for the cashier),
  • where to get the data format that will be transferred from 1s
  • are there any alternatives to 1s? With barcode scanners and other goodies

Py.Sy. The way the exchange takes place, that the file is loaded, then parsed is not interesting to me. Interesting responses to the merits of the questions.
