How to implement changing routes from settings?

For example, I have the following routes:

$app->post('/url1', ['as' => 'alias', 'uses' => '[email protected]']);
$app->post('/url2', ['as' => 'alias', 'uses' => '[email protected]']);

I need to implement the ability to switch between routes from the admin panel, when one route is enabled, the second one becomes unavailable. I'm thinking of doing this, but I'm not sure if it's the right way:

$app->post(Settings::get('url-pattern'), ['as' => 'alias', 'uses' => '[email protected]']);

What is the best way to implement this?
