How to implement caching of online broadcasts from YouTube in the local network?

There is a small local network (up to 10 machines) in the evening, almost all machines watch one broadcast from YouTube. The Internet channel is small 10 mb, and this entails an increase in ping and a drop in speed. I know that Google gives its video caching servers to providers, is it possible to do something similar for a mere mortal in a small network?
It is advisable to poke your nose into the manual, since the hourly googling did not endure the result. Thanks in advance.
