How to implement automatic prefix to classes?

Good afternoon everyone.
There is a need for all classes within the project to make a prefix like I type
.btn, going to .pre-btn. That is, I don’t want to write a prefix with my hands, it would be nice if gulp would collect it myself.
In the arsenal of sass + postcss.
What solutions exist?
