How to assemble svg into a sprite and use it?

Good evening!
I have been looking for a good plugin for gulp for a couple of hours now, so that it would be convenient to collect and use svg sprite.
I tried things 3-4 :( Everything somehow works wrong. There is a picture, but it can’t be scaled.
Tell me what and how?

ps: most likely I’m not catching up with something in working with svg and how to use it, what most likely :((
but I really want to use it.
