From time to time, the advertisement "Volcano" opens, how to remove it?

I use google chrome and ie browsers. When you first start ie, the volcano ad opens, when you restart it, it does not appear. It happens that I use google chrome, I close it and open ie with an advertisement for a volcano. What could be the reason for this and how to remove this already annoying ad?
