How to implement auto upload to ftp/sftp on OSX (upload to server after file change)?

Good day everyone!
Previously, on Windows, I used WinSCP, there are no normal ones for a poppy, and it's terrible.
At the moment, auto upload to the server is needed if the file is changed. I'm currently using Visual Studio code, the FTP plugins are terrible on it and autosave doesn't work or my hands are crooked.
Can you recommend a plugin for Atom or for VScode with auto upload to the server and config examples for them!
