How to implement authorization and upload images to VK using REST Client Library in Delphi XE5?

Good day to all, dear forum users!
I ran into a problem with the REST Client Library, I want to implement authorization and upload an image to VK, but nothing comes of it.
I reviewed this blog www.webdelphi.ru/2013/09/delphi-xe5-rest-client-library
