How to implement app install widget from website?

Hey!
Sometimes I come across such a thing: when accessing the site from an android, it is suggested to download the application. This is implemented natively, here is an example with the site ok.ru (at the bottom it is suggested to download, and then something like google play opens):

I can’t google what it’s called, which SDK should be used. Can anyone advise?
