How to implement an interactive map on android?

Hello everyone, habrchane, a serious question arose, I’m not good at Android, but I know java SE quite well, I’m writing a thesis on the topic “Mobile application map of the shopping center”, I already threw the map itself, but it’s bad luck, I decided to add navigation from point A to point B, I know that this is implemented using graphs and Dijkstra's algorithms. Tell me in which direction to dig for implementation? How to implement a map using a graph, or do you need to impose a separate layer? Unfortunately, I could not find information about this, perhaps there are some libraries? I repeat the essence of the question - I'm interested in how to make nodes on the map, suppose even in the picture without any active emails, approximately as in the example below.
