How to implement an electronic form on the site?

The site needs to implement an electronic form with the ability to save in .pdf and print. Drupal engine. Do I need to write the module myself or are there other solutions?

I must say right away that this is rather not an answer to the question, but just personal experience.
At one time there was a similar task. I did not find anything and wrote the form myself. The advantage was that for the form I could assign either the number of buttons and, accordingly, some actions on them (Save as PDF, Save as Excel - file, etc.) simply by operating on the available data.
And yes, I love to write.
