How to implement an alarm playing radio on iOS?

I am making an application for listening to the radio.
For streaming I use https://github.com/mattgallagher/AudioStreamer
I want to implement an alarm clock so that the radio turns on.
On stackoverflow I found only one suggestion - to start an empty sound and a timer, but they write in the AppStore this will not work.
