The system stores the card number, expiration date and CVV in advance, all that remains is to write off the required amount. It would be ideal to somehow use the bank API, but I highly doubt that this is possible. We plan to accept payments only from mobile devices. We use Firebase, by the way. We looked at Stripe, but it does not work with Russia. I will describe the task in a shorter way: due to the specifics of the application, it is required to implement the possibility of debiting any amount, if necessary, from the client's card. Mandatory support for World maps.

And these payment systems themselves are collapsing with Visa and MasterCard and with the World, etc.
If you want to implement this on your own, then you need to actually become a payment system (well, almost).
And this already requires some certification.
