How to implement a recording of a telephone conversation?

The task is as follows:
There is a stable flow of clients created by me, which needs to be controlled.
There is a supplier that also needs to be monitored
Question. How do I get a client to call my phone, be forwarded to the supplier's phone and record the entire conversation between the client and the supplier.

No way, the forwarded call goes past you. Of course, they write it, but you are unlikely to be able to access the records. There is an option to drive traffic through yourself, you can do it on the basis of most ippbx.

perhaps it will turn out to be Internet telephony (or like a virtual PBX?)
the client calls your number (or a new number, but also yours, is registered to you), the supplier answers the call either through a computer with an Internet and a headset, if you're lucky (if you can do that) , then you can transfer the call directly to the mobile device (telephone, because many do not have computers and the Internet, etc.) of the supplier and resp. the system records the conversation in both cases.
for this whole story, you can rummage through Bitrix24. Perhaps there this story is relevant, like I read it is possible, but I'm not sure exactly. or some other virtual PBX, maybe mango, but I don’t know, you need to clarify
