Kind. The essence of the task is to implement the public kiosk mode. The user only needs a browser + office to open documents downloaded through the browser from a specific site.
Now we use win10 pro + regular mode through Edge. However, there is a problem with opening documents and printing them. Download should be allowed only from a certain list of sites. Opening in the office is mandatory. these are statements and it is necessary that the user enters his data there.
Priority I look towards solutions on ubunt.

Browser + office is no longer a kiosk.
And in order to get data from the user and form a document with them, you don’t need an office for hell.
