How to implement a proxy based on dynamic IP?

Hello! How can I multiply my home IP? I need something like a proxy / vpn + so that with each new connection. (simultaneously working sub. there should be several) I received a new ip address in the final. In the final, you need to get a proxy like xxx.xxx.xxx.xx:xxxx (ip:port). There is a dynamic "gray" ip from the provider.
There were suggestions to do this: forward ports + ddns from above + virtual network cards = proxy to the router , but since I’m a teapot in this, I didn’t understand much from these words.
It is possible that it looked like a connection. to the provider as through vpn (figuratively speaking), I can’t say for sure, because I don’t know the implementation of the plan.
I would appreciate any help, thanks in advance!

There is a dynamic "gray" ip from the provider.
It is impossible to connect to a gray IP address from an external network.
If you want to be connected to you - take a white address.
How can I multiply my home IP?
It's not clear what you want to do.
Create a proxy server? Then what does IP multiplication have to do with it?
Go to resources through different addresses - well, then find a proxy list and go through different proxies, but then it’s not clear what your addresses have to do with it?
