I have a video player component. I want to implement a button, when pressed, the player (component or div block) will become smaller and this block (the component could be moved). Question - how? Where in the tree should this component be? And how to implement it in general? Also, I want to implement it the way it is done in the Yandex browser. On my Mac, if I switch the tab, this window does not disappear anywhere. That is, even if you expand the browser, this player will be at the bottom right. I want to implement it.
