There is also a form implemented through the Webform module, the path of the /form/reviewsform handler is registered in the action of the form.
So here is the essence of the question: where to register the action handler in Drupal, and how to register it so that all fields are written to the feedback view?

Go to the type of material - review, give users the rights to create, then create a view to display reviews and display a review submission form on it.

I did the same as suggested by @Prognosticator plus Rules to notify about adding a review.
Or you can also make a page type material and allow comments on it.
