Good day.
It is necessary to implement a similar circular "slider" as on the strana.ru website (in the travel master block).
Maybe someone faced a similar problem?

I am attaching a screenshot from strana.ru (the desired slider/select is circled in black).
We need as accurate a copy as possible.
I found the plugin www.toolitup.com/circular-slider.html , but it doesn't fit for a number of reasons (it's impossible to make separators, the circle you need to drag has pointer-events:none ; I also need to process the hover event).
