How to ignore case in url with .htaccess?

how to use mod_rewrite to compose an expression so that absolutely all links. which are available on the site are no longer case-sensitive, the fact is that the hosting is on Linux, and the locale is on Windows. I read about htaccess and there is such a thing as "nocase|NC [=code]", I think it is very suitable for such purposes. task: help to make a mod rewrite request such that all site urls are no longer case-sensitive.

which are available on the site are no longer case-sensitive
You made a mistake) That's right: "ceased to be case-insensitive".
NC will not help in any way: *nix is looking for your path in case-sensitive mode.
If you fix it, then only inside the scripts or bring all the folders in line with their names when accessed from the script. (links - form scripts...)
